CONTENT – 4 DBT MODULES
Mindfulness
Develop the ability to observe, describe, and participate without judgment.
Build a foundation of attentional and emotional stability.
Emotion Regulation
Understand how emotions function, reduce emotional intensity, and decrease emotional vulnerability.
Distress Tolerance
Navigate crises without engaging in worsening behaviors.
Develop effective strategies for acute emotional situations.
Interpersonal Effectiveness
Learn how to ask for what you need, say no, set boundaries, and maintain relationships and self-respect.

Wish to acquire concrete and structured tools
This is not a free discussion group.
It is a skills-based learning and training program in DBT competencies.
